About Conor
I was a hard-working student in school who saw the value in not just academics but learning as a process from a young age. A value I wish to instil in my young learners. Having had academic struggles myself (namely in Chemistry and English), I can empathise with less confident learners who may need extra support in a specific subject, whilst my experience teaching multiple subjects and age ranges has also provided me the confidence and competence to stretch students to their full potential. I wish to set students up for their own version of success helping them develop the skills, and achieve necessary qualifications, to pursue their passions and careers.

Using my experience from my PGCE and my ECT 1. I have developed the ability to chunk down and sequence learning to ensure learners receive an appropriate level of challenge. Scaffolding down for less confident learners whilst using prior knowledge to challenge more confident students. Lessons can be tailored to students' needs but would typically run for 30-60 mins. Maths students between year 6-year 9 will benefit the most as this is where my experience lies, though GCSE Foundation students are welcome to enquire.
