I have a unique perspective and method of learning/teaching math. I come from an Asian background, so I learn logic and shortcuts, but grew up with the American Style, so I can adapt to a student's needs and background. I usually find out what needs to be taught, and begin with a few examples, then, I have the student walk me through how to do the problem. We do this as needed. Then, I assign a worksheet, and we go over it. Depending on their level of understanding, we either move on or do some more. They can ask for help at any given point. These lessons are mostly for elementary through middle schoolers, or anyone taking Algebra or Geometry.
