About Charles
I hold Bachelor's degree from California State University of Fresno and Master's degree from National University of Fresno Campus. My teaching experiences includes teaching elementary, high school, adult school and college level. Most of my experience is to prepare students who wants to pursue their degrees, training skills, and enhance their skills.

I had taught basic arithmetic, Pre-Algebra, Beginning Algebra, and Intermediate Algebra for 30 years. My teaching knowledge is very inspiring learners to learn and easy to understand. Most of my learners are high school graduates, adult students, and foreign students who are pursued their degrees or education in this country.
