About Mohammad
I was responsible for developing and maintaining chatbots interacting with millions of users, and was able to significantly improve performance using feedback mechanisms I built using Python. I created, trained, and deployed ML models that are generating over 2 million USD in possible annual revenue for one of the largest HR companies in the world. I was also responsible for developing and maintaining the algorithms powering their in-house CRM system. Most recently I led 2 projects for a large US health insurer, each with its own team, focused on a chatbot and an enterprise search platform. I integrated GenAI into the chatbot project and was able to meet strict deadlines by fostering collaboration.

I start by understanding the student's current level of understanding, after that we do the mental warm up by explaining concepts, varying examples and explaining the dynamics creating these differences between examples.
My hands-on experience as a AI team lead will help shape the learning experience into market ready skills, suited for real world problem solving.
