About Maria Pia
Hi! I'm Maria Pia - two words, one name!
I have had a passion for teaching for over 20 years and though the format may have changed as I switch to online teaching, the drive and will to help each and every student achieve their best results and enjoy the benefits that language learning brings are always the same!
Being TEFL and CELTA-certified, I have taught English to students of all ages and levels from all over the world for decades. While my classroom may have been surrounded by four walls during these years, it now spans the globe as I reach out to offer assistance to students in the comfort of their home, offering safe, comfortable and totally customisable lessons that fit each student's skills and needs.

Lessons focus on speaking, listening, reading and writing, unless help with a specific skill is requested.
Through customised lessons of 45 minutes to 1 hour, students will build on what they know and learn quickly and in ways that make life easier for them.
