About Jan
Hello, my name is Jan but most people call me Johnny, I am a TEFL-certified English teacher, and I have been teaching English as a foreign language for going on 3 years now, I've taught students of all skill levels ages 8 to 65 and all kinds of different senses of humor.
I've taught students with very little or no knowledge of English so if you are someone who is worried about the initial hurdle of learning a new language I am the teacher for you.
I am currently looking for any new students who are interested in online lessons to fill up my schedule before the beginning of the new school year in September when it's going to be a bit more tricky to find free slots in my timetable.

Generally, all my lessons are adapted to my student's preferred methods of learning, skill levels, and goals when learning English as a foreign language.
With that said, a typical 60-minute lesson contains 15-20 minutes of practicing speaking and having conversations in English, 20-40 minutes of learning new grammar, or vocabulary, and 15-20 minutes of using the new information in a game, or another more casual way of experience using English.
Even though I can teach anyone interested in learning English as a foreign language I specialize in teaching beginners and young learners and helping students get over the initial struggle of learning a new language.
