About Arshna
Hi, I’m Arshna! I’m a TEFL-certified English tutor who enjoys helping adults feel more comfortable speaking English. Through one-on-one sessions with English learners, I’ve learned how much confidence grows when students have time to practice without pressure. I bring patience, encouragement, and a professional background in healthcare and customer service to my tutoring. I’m also completing my bachelor’s degree at Sacramento State. I look forward to learning about your goals and helping you make steady progress.

My English lessons are built around your goals and the situations where you want to feel more confident. We might practice everyday conversation, build vocabulary for work, or read a short passage aloud to work on pronunciation. In a typical lesson, we’ll start with a warm-up, practice a focused skill, and finish with conversation and feedback you can use right away. I’m TEFL-certified and have experience supporting adult English learners through one-on-one conversation sessions. My lessons are especially suited to adults who want a patient, encouraging space to practice speaking.
