About Jenalene
I am from the beautiful sunny South Africa. I am the second eldest of my siblings. I have always had a passion for teaching as I am a very patient person. I love being around people and doing what I do best. I am an outspoken, bubbly person. I am very fun and creative, and I like inspiring people around me. My hobbies are walking my dog on the beach, I love animals, dressing up and going shopping, traveling and visiting different places around me. I am an adventurous person. I enjoy watching movies and experiencing different kinds of foods. I am a food person. My favorite color is pink, gold, and blue. My favorite foods are seafood, home-cooked curry, and barbecue. One day I would like to visit Disneyland and enjoy the adventure of Paris. I love meeting new friends and learning about their culture and experiences. I look forward to many opportunities in traveling to beautiful countries. When I look at myself learning new things every day, I surely will one day be a role model to many.

In my teaching lessons, students are able to learn and speak fluent English. I focus on teaching pronunciation of words and vocabulary. I use props that give off plenty of encouragement when teaching English. I assist kids and adults in practicing their grammar in writing English. I do class activities which make English more fun and exciting, not what I want to achieve, but what they want to achieve, what they expect from me, and just then do I choose my teaching methods, adjusting them to the plan and the ultimate goal we have with the students. Kids will come into your classroom excited to learn when you make lessons more fun and enjoyable, and there is really nothing better than seeing your students eager to learn. Reading about a topic is great, but putting it into action is even better, such as running an experiment or doing a particular kind of art project while incorporating new skills. Often, kids are excited. I look forward to helping you reach your goal in the English environment.
