About Ben
My approach to coaching has three core principles - work hard, be intentional, and connection.
Adapting to the player's personality and level has been the most important thing which I have learned over my 3 years of coaching tennis. If you cannot connect with the person you are coaching with, and cannot adjust the level of your drills to match the player's relative skill so that they can achieve a level of self-perpetuating success (85% hit rate), progress will be impeded.
A typical length of session is 1 hour. My lessons are for players of all ages and level.
