About Timothy
Beyond my years of experience teaching high school math, I have also tutored multiple students in calculus to great success. My favorite success story is of a friend's daughter, who failed her first test in her calculus class with a 40. After working with me for the remainder of the semester, she ended up passing with the highest average of the class.

When learning math, knowing why something works is often much more important than knowing how to do it. My lessons are designed to explain and address the 'why' behind the math, which makes it a lot easier to understand and memorize the 'how'.
