About Daniel

I am a parkour and Freerunning athlete with 10 years of experience, Professor trained by the National Pedagogical University of Colombia. I have been teaching Parkour, Freerunning and artistic gymnastics to young children for more than 8 years and 4 years teaching to adolescents and adults. contact: (concealed information)

About the lesson

My teaching method, undoubtedly the most efficient, supported by psychological principles, is based on: 0. Easy learning: My motto is “make it easy for the student”. 1. Emotional contagion: Fun is a priority. If we learn with emotions, we will never forget what we learned. Without emotion there is no communication! 2. Qualification: I analyze and take into account the unique qualities of the student, hence the true methodology is born. 3. Inspiration: I inspire the student by giving him a taste of everything he can learn, showing him a great diversity of techniques and movements, achieving attitudes of improvement and resilience, so that the student enters a state of flux. 4. Exploration: I give the student total freedom to choose, learn and practice the movements they want. 5. Internalization: Through psychological strategies I design a structured plan for the student to internalize the necessary skills to progress in the discipline, taking into account and interpreting their unique way of perceiving and perceiving their environment, using didactics and pedagogy. 6. Theory and culture: Brief but powerful Theory that manages to activate certain switches in the mind of the student that will make them perceive and perceive their environment in a harmonious way, making them appropriate the environment, using physical principles.
