About Raven
I’m passionate about making learning easier, more enjoyable, and less overwhelming. I believe that just because a subject is complicated doesn’t mean learning it has to be difficult.
My teaching style is reflective, creative, and focused on finding simple ways to explain ideas. I enjoy taking information that may seem confusing at first and breaking it down into steps that students can actually understand and use.
I want my classes to feel different from traditional lessons. Instead of simply memorizing information, students will have the opportunity to think, ask questions, practice, and discover what works best for them.
My goal is to help every student feel more confident in their ability to learn. Whether a topic seems easy or challenging, I want students to leave my class thinking, “I can understand this.”

I will keep students engaged by making each lesson simple, interactive, and practical. Instead of only explaining concepts, students will have opportunities to apply what they learn through short activities, examples, challenges, and exercises.
Each lesson will focus on one clear skill or idea so students don’t feel overwhelmed. I’ll use real-life examples and relatable situations to show how the techniques can be used outside the class.
Students will also be encouraged to practice simplifying information themselves. They’ll gradually work through more challenging examples while building confidence in their ability to understand complicated subjects.
Most importantly, I want students to feel like they are making progress. By keeping lessons focused, encouraging participation, and celebrating small improvements, students will stay motivated from the beginning of the course to the end.
