About Aria

Hi!! I'm Aria.
I am a Public Health student at UT Austin who will be starting Pharmacy school to get my doctorate at UT in the fall. I am from Phoenix, AZ and have been a pharmacy technician and research assistant over the years. I have been tutoring since high school, mostly in chemistry, biology, and math and I have always enjoyed my time with students. Besides school and work, I love creating art, working out, spending time outside, and cooking! I would love to help y'all on your journey through these rigorous science classes and help you enjoy them as well!

About the lesson

As a tutor, I will go over your homework, tests, etc. before hand to have the best lesson plan possible ready for you during your session. My lessons are mostly for college students taking organic chemistry, especially those at UT Austin, as I know our curriculums will have been similar. I am able to cater to those who need things explained in multiple different ways and those who need practice material. I have always loved helping others with school work and I think it is nice and less stressful to have a tutor who is also in college! I get how hard it can be and how everything piles on fast and I would love to help make at least one thing easier:)

Aria has been so helpful! We met in ochem my sophomore year and I was STRUGGLING. She was super good at explaining the mechanistic steps to complicated reactions like the Michael reaction. She was patient and reinforced the information multiple times until I understood what i was doing!

Aria tutored me in Organic Chemistry I and immediately after receiving her help, I saw a massive increase in my general understanding of chemistry. Aria is very helpful in teaching the understanding the theory behind what is going on rather than simply memorizing mechanisms and whatnot. With Aria’s help I was able to pass the class with a deeper understanding than I could have hoped for.
