About Rana
National Bronze Medalist in Boxing & Athletics. Trainer with 9+ years of experience in boxing, athletics and fitness. I don't prefer synthetic supplements. Neither I would suggest any kind of anabolic intakes which could cause future harm. A holistic approach with a natural building of strength and mental strength is what I focus on.

The classes would vary day to day and sometimes we will see plyometric activities mixed with PNF Stretches. Or having resistance training with dynamic stretches. So these kinds of combinations I keep for both strengthening and endurance with technical aspects of the human body towards Fitness or combat. Each & every class would be a scientific warzone where the end result would be an injury-free exhausted body recovering for the next class.
