About Julia

When I began my fitness journey, I often felt overwhelmed, drained, and exhausted, or even grumpy, after working out at the gym. Not because the workout was too strenuous, but because it wasn't right for me at that time. It wasn't until I started listening to and responding to my body's needs that I experienced a transformation – both physically and emotionally. With the development of the Elevate Pilates training method, I want to share this experience with other women of all ages and fitness levels. The training can support you in achieving your personal fitness goals while simultaneously feeling completely comfortable and in harmony with your body and emotions – so that you remain motivated now and in the future to invest in a stronger you.

About the lesson

A workout is more than just sweat running down your forehead—it's time in your daily life that you invest in improving yourself. That's the core principle of the "Elevate Pilates" method I developed.
