I'm Sunil Kapruwan, a certified yoga & meditation teacher with 20+ years of teaching experience. I have a innovative and unique teaching method that combine( body) posture, (mind) meditation, (connection) breathe with emphasis on balance and inner peace, through this method help thousands of peoples to find inner peace and well-being. so they can empower themselves to unlock a healthier lifestyle for themselves.
