About Giovanni
After several years of Swimming at national level, my passion for sports brought me into Rowing, where I collected some wins (Palio del golfo 20(concealed information)-2014) as an athlete first and as a coach afterwards (2017-2018).
From 2019 on I started with Triathlon, where I reached amazing results. Currently coaching a Team of Athletes that you can become part of!

As a coach, I understand the challenges of balancing demanding schedules with trainings, and I therefore provide week-to-week coaching that adapts to your life, not the other way around.
Every aspect of your life matters: the job you do, the hours you sleep, your diet…
I can drive you through all these aspect and give you the right advices on top of a perfectly fitting weekly training plan.
You set the goal, we score together.
