About Livia
As a singing tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience and a BM in Jazz Vocal Performance, I bring a strong balance of technique, creativity, and performance insight. I teach students at all stages, from school-level singers to college students and working professionals. My main focus is musical theater and Broadway-style performance, where storytelling and vocal skill go hand in hand. I help students develop character through song, guiding them to connect emotionally while staying vocally grounded. Stage presence is developed through confidence, clarity, and intentional expression. I specialize in belt technique, prioritizing safety and sustainability. Vocal agility is another important focus, helping singers handle quick changes in style or emotion. My background in jazz strengthens my work in ear training, harmony, improvisation, and music theory. I believe these skills empower singers to become more independent and confident musicians.
