A typical lesson with me will be mainly going over math concepts and then discussing strategies to approach and recognize different problem types related to the concepts. I think through linking multiple concepts as a chain of thoughts and knowing the logic and reasoning behind why such concepts were developed in the first will help one comprehend them without having to memorize the materials. Because I believe memorization in math will only backfire, nothing more.
