My teaching method is to show the student how to do a problem. Then I will take the time to review and make sure the student understands how to execute the equation. Then have the students do the problem, effectively, review, teach and execute until the student is successful at doing similar problems independently. I effective am successful at this process through building relationships with the student learning what motives him to learn.
