As previously mentioned, I worked as a Writing Fellow at The Hill School, where I provided high school students with assistance in various parts of the writing process.I have done this for the past year, which I believe prepares me well for a job like this as they share many similarities.

I pride myself on working with students by trying and helping them understand the many aspects of writing a good piece of work. This is more productive than just having students be told what they should do to improve their writing. Through an interactive tutoring style, I try and help students understand how to become better writers and advance their skills. I would provide students with tasks to complete, varying in length for them to read and analyze, as well as assignments to complete in their free time to go over. Through a mixture, students will learn from more advanced writers and develop their own work.
