About Chaereen
Second year doctor or dental medicine student (DMD) at the University of British Columbia. Have a background of studies in pharmaceutical sciences, microbiology and nutrition.
Graduated from West Vancouver with a diploma in IB. My HL courses included chemistry, biology, english and geography in which I received credits for.
I have experience teaching math to students from grade K-12 at Kumon learning center. Volunteered as a math tutor for high school students and I have been private tutoring for 4 years.

I am highly committed to satisfying students needs to overcome their challenges and succeed in their courses.
During my lessons I like to review topics and break them down to ensure students fully understand the material and then apply and test their knowledge with questions.
To help students prepare for exams, I hold in person timed practice exams that I can create myself and then give direct feedback and tips to prepare for the real exam.
I am more than happy to answer questions outside of our assigned tutor block and giving written solutions to questions that students may have.
