About Conor
I am a strong believer in the idea that you can learn anything with the right teacher. I have been teaching math for almost as long as I have been learning it and I have yet to come across a student I could not help.
I prioritize looking for the gaps in knowledge that are easy to slip through the cracks but can resurface years later as "inexplicably struggling with new concepts".
I love helping students connect math to their passions outside of the classroom, building a real appreciation for the subject.

Math lessons with me are tailored to your goals.
This could look like working through your homework problems together to build up strong understanding of the subject material. Doing this can help us find the concepts and techniques that you may have struggled with in the past and allows us to build a stronger foundation.
It could also look like us taking a look ahead at concepts from upcoming units/grade levels to develop novel skills and explore the sides of mathematics that you don't always get to see in the classroom.
I'm always on the lookout for ways to make learning more engaging to foster a sense of appreciation for the subject through thought-provoking puzzles and real-world applications.
