About Thomas
I am currently a student at University College London reading BSc Anthropology. I completed one of my A levels and all of my GCSEs in a compressed time frame and so understand the pressure that examinations put on your child. I obtained straight-A grades at GCSE and A* A* A at A Level in English Literature, History of Art and Classics.
I held a full academic scholarship to my independent school, and won their Sixth Form Humanities Prize.
In my free time I enjoy reading, baking and spending time with my beloved cat, Bernard!

I aim to give your son or daughter an examination-based programme with a focus on study skills. I relish the opportunity to approach English differently with your child—focusing on the text and working outwards rather than bombarding them with endless language techniques. I usually begin by working through poetry and close-reading passages and progress onto the more challenging perscribed texts after students can personally engage with prose.
