About Nirmal
I am UGC NET Qualified in Commerce with 97.84 percentile this year itself. But, teaching is something that I love doing and I have been doing it for almost 5 years i.e. as soon as I passed 12th standard. I have been good in studies and that lead me to teach stuff to my friends since the 10th standard itself. I used to enjoy teaching others and they enjoyed as well as I used to be at the level of their comfort. Eventually, this led me to become a professional teacher and I started preparing for UGC NET. Last year I got UGC Certified to be an Assistant Professor.

I am quite comfortable with all the methods of teaching but something that matters to me is how the student grasps the topic and I change my methods accordingly. Firstly, I start with interaction and that helps me understand students' perspectives. For most of the topic, I end up telling stories to my students but sometimes we have to do some serious work as well but in the end, they understand everything and that is what actually matters I suppose.

Details
Usually, I charge about 1000 for a 2-hour session but ideally, what I do is give a bundled fee for the whole syllabus then it is my responsibility to take as many sessions as it would take my students to understand the topic.
