I have a background in the academic study of Spanish language, English literature and English language. At university I study BA Politics and Modern Languages so I am well versed in a variety of subject areas. My teaching methodology is based on conversation. I encourage students to participate in learning through speaking in their target language as much as possible and actively learn from errors. I learned Spanish predominantly through conversation with my teacher, and engaging with mistakes and grammatical errors and correcting them, and I believe that this is the most effective and authentic method of language learning.

Really good at making it fun and connecting with teenagers to motivate them
Holly is incredibly intelligent and I have known her now for almost three years. She is brilliant with children and young adults and is always incredibly personable, approachable and kind. She is an excellent teacher and her ability to relax students and enable them to engage with her teaching is impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend Holly for any Spanish tuition.
