About Florence
I am a maths undergraduate who has a strong interest in hockey, philosophy, and ancient history (and obviously maths!). I've thoroughly enjoyed taking part in several maths competitions such as UKMT maths challenges, BMO, and MAT with competitive results. I hope to go into mathematical research alongside teaching in order to pass on my knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject and encourage more people to continue it in further education.

I adapt my teaching style for each student in order to create a safe space where each individual prospers and reaches their full potential. Having taken MAT and trained for STEP recently I am very comfortable with the curriculum and knowledge required to succeed. I can also readily tailor a session for any ability level from GCSEs to A Level.
