About Alfie

As someone who has just been through the trials and tribulations of secondary school myself, I have a detailed understanding of what it takes to excel in these exams and lasting tips on how to work smarter and not harder.

About the lesson

Tutoring consists of explaining key concepts, working through practice questions, and developing effective, long-term revision strategies. A typical session would be at least 45 minutes long. My lessons are mostly for GCSE students core subjects (Maths, English, and the Sciences), but i can accommodate IB/A level biology/chemistry students too. I have 12 GCSEs, 10 A*s (8/9) and 2 As (7), with a grade 9 in Mathematics, English Language, and English Literature. I also received 38 points in the IB and have previous tutoring experience with other companies.
