About Sandhya
Hi All!
My name is Sandhya, and I am currently an undergraduate Psychology student. I decided to become a tutor because I believe I have something valuable to offer in various subject areas. Psychology and English are topics that I like learning of myself, so naturally I had to tutor them too!
Some random facts about me :
- I absolutely love Harry Potter (both the books and the movies!!)
- I enjoy horror movies, even though I can never watch one by myself :)
- I always volunteer my time to help local charitable efforts
- My friends often say that I laugh too much ;)
Aside from being a straight A student, I would say that I have a great sense of humour and enjoy connecting with people. I love learning and have a passion to teach others information and skills I have managed to compile over my lifetime.

I apply teaching strategies and methodology differently depending on the student themselves. Generally my lesson plans are flexible, varying in amount of meetings weekly. Offering an atmosphere where questions are welcome, and all individuals would be treated equally.
I offer lessons for children in elementary school up until high school. If you are in university (pursuing your undergraduate), and would like to initiate a peer-to-peer tutoring relationship, please contact me directly.
