About Sage
My name is Sage, and I am a university student in my final year focusing on computer science and programming. In highschool I was your “typical nerd” always striving for top marks in my courses. I enjoyed math and balancing equations and all the different formulas, it was only natural for me to get into programming. I am an active university student so if the type of tutoring you need is at a university level I may not be the best option, however for everyone needing help ranging from the first 2 years of university and below that all through highschool I’m sure I can provide some helpful insights.

My approach as a tutor will change based on the needs of the individuals however I find it very effective to first properly identify the problem by going through some previous work or notes to get a better sense of where the individual requires help. From there I can try to explain steps, provide examples and clear any confusion on the topic area while making sure the individual has gained a proper understanding of the subject material.
