About Charlotte
I am a full time undergraduate student at the West of England University working on my Bachelor of Biological Laboratory Sciences. I have been studying to obtain a strong foundation of knowledge in molecular biology while also exploring a variety of environmental sciences and chemistry to broaden my background. I love working and researching in a laboratory twice a week, learning instrumental skills such as DNA fingerprinting using gel electrophoresis and size exclusion chromatography. My studies have been vital in shaping my career goals, as I’m now adamant about pursuing a PhD.
In addition attending a number of different societies one including the sustainability society UCW.
A highly motivated individual driven towards innovative research and science. My biggest achievements include meeting Princess Anne and discussing the health care industry.
Skilled in communication, team work, laboratory science and skills, research and analysis. I have a passion for being the next generation of female scientists. A member of the West of England institute of technology.
