About Rachel
I am a university student going into my second year at Leeds University. I have completed GCSE and A-Level maths, receiving an 8 and an A* respectively. I have tutored maths before, and have been very successful at improving students' confidence levels with calculations, leading to a 2 grade increase.

I teach by working directly with the student. It is important to identify weak areas in the students learning, so that we can ratify these areas before introducing new concepts. To do this, I start by focusing on these areas and work towards a goal. Once a student is confident in themselves, I can move on to a new subject matter.
