About Joseph
I am a graduate in Modern Languages and Linguistics from the University of Oxford in the UK. Although I'm still young, I have several years' teaching experience, including teaching English abroad. I have a passion for language-learning, and am very attentive to linguistic detail. I hope I can convince you that everything about language is exciting, especially as it combines so many other subjects, from the sciences to the humanities.

Rather than looking at vocabulary that is learned in lists, I focus on small, bite-sized chunks, that can then be constructed into bigger phrases. I make sure that students produce utterances themselves, as this is the best way to learn, and encourage them not to be scared of making mistakes. We were all beginners once!
