About Nour
I am a Psychology university student whose currently on a placement year at a secondary school. This whole year I've been working closely with year 9 students offering support during the lesson and also providing extra mentoring sessions after school for topics they specifically struggle with.

With tutoring, I place emphasis on making the student feel comfortable enough to share anything they struggle with. Before diving into topics I ensure the basics are understood and also offer alternative explanations to aid students' understanding. I also make it a point to inform the student of the contents of the lesson although it is flexible depending on how far we progress.
