About Joelle

I have a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and hands-on experience working in an elementary school classroom. My experience in education has taught me the importance of patience, encouragement, and meeting students where they are. I love helping students build confidence, strengthen their reading and writing skills, and discover their own potential. As I continue pursuing my career in education, I’m passionate about creating a supportive learning environment where every student feels comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing. My goal as a tutor is to make learning engaging, personalized, and rewarding for each student.

About the lesson

Hi! I’d love to be your tutor. As someone with a background in English and classroom experience, I know that learning can look different for every student. My goal is to help you feel comfortable asking questions, build confidence in your abilities, and actually enjoy the process of learning.

Whether you’re struggling with reading, working on your writing, or simply want to improve your skills, I’ll meet you where you are and help you make progress at your own pace. I want you to leave every session feeling more capable, supported, and proud of what you’ve accomplished.

You don’t have to be perfect to be a great student. You just need someone who believes in you and is willing to help you get there. I’d love to be that person!
