I’m Yash Rajpoot and I live for the "lightbulb moment"—that second a client realizes they are much stronger than they ever imagined. My journey into fitness didn't start with a perfect physique; it started with a desire to feel more capable in my own skin. Today, I’ve turned that passion into a mission to help others bridge the gap between where they are and who they want to become
My Credentials

I have done DIPLOMA in Nutrition and Exercise Science from [BICP] and also Certified Personal Trainer with specialized training in [Insert Niche, e.g., Corrective Exercise or Performance Nutrition]. I don't believe in "one pan fits all." My approach is rooted in Exercise Science and Progressive Overload.
What you are going to learn in my classes
1) RPE Scaling: I teach you how to measure your "Rate of Perceived Exertion" so you train at the right intensity every day.
2) Mind-Muscle Connection: We focus on internal cues to ensure every rep targets the correct muscle group safely.
3) Iterative Feedback: Using video form checks, I provide real-time corrections to mirror an in-person experience.
Structure of the Class
Each 60-minute session is designed for maximum efficiency:
1. Dynamic Warm-up (10 Minutes)
2. The "Big Lift" (15 Minutes)
3. Accessory Circuit (25 Minutes)
4. Cool Down & Mobility (10 Minutes)
