Welcome to understanding! I'm Carlos Puente Jr, a seasoned tech professional with a wealth of experience and a passion for empowering learners. With over two decades of experience, I have worked with Windows since 95, Apple since 2000, and iOS since the iPhone 3GS. I was an employee at Desert Sands Unified School District for almost half a decade as a Cloud Support Technician for IT, as well as a "Genius" Apple, and also had a stint with Best Buy. What I bring is a wealth of expertise in tech education and customer support.
