first 30 minutes of the conversation shall be free of cost only for new enrollers on their first session, the following minutes will be charged at standard fee.

Late fee will be charged for the tutor's time at an additional charge of 500 Rs. for up to 15 minutes of delay.

All sessions that with > 15 minutes of delay over scheduled time will be cancelled.
