About Kathleen
I have been teaching English as a foreign/second language for 25 years. I have a lot of experience at every level from nursery to university level. I have taught in schools and given private tuition very successfully. Nowadays I work in a state school and teach online. I taught for 20 years in Greece so I speak Greek. I am currently teaching young people in China online.

I have a very direct style of teaching. I initiate a lot of conversation based on the level of the student and involve the student in the lesson so there is full immersion in English. I am very good at communicating with my students, whatever their level so students participate fully. As a writer of English textbooks, I have in-depth knowledge of grammar and I am aware of all the latest developments in teaching methodology.
