About Caitlyn
I have been working with children since the age of 16, beginning with tutoring younger students who were struggling during high school. After graduating, I made the decision to continue my career working with youth. Over the past eight years, I have served as a case manager, advocating for families and children while also providing resources, strategies, and innovative approaches to overcoming learning challenges. I believe that no child is inherently difficult to work with; rather, each child is unique in their learning style. This understanding drives me to be creative and think outside the box in order to tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each child.

My experience in education has been shaped by my roles as a latchkey leader during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as my work with Head Start programs and my academic background in college.
