About Salehah
Hey there! I'm Salehah, a passionate tutor, BEd student, and international tutor who genuinely loves helping learners grow in confidence and achieve their goals!
I tutor English and Afrikaans from Grades 1–12, as well as Business Studies and History from Grades 8–12. Whether you're learning your first sight words, tackling essays, preparing for exams, or aiming for distinctions, I'm here to help every step of the way!
My lessons are all about creating a positive, supportive, and stress-free environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning at their own pace. I believe that every learner learns differently, which is why I tailor each lesson to suit individual needs, strengths, and goals.

My approach to tutoring is simple: learning should never feel scary or boring. Whether you're in Grade 1 or Grade 12, I create a positive, supportive space where questions are always welcome, mistakes are part of the learning process, and every small win is celebrated.
I tutor English and Afrikaans from Grades 1–12, as well as Business Studies and History from Grades 8–12. As an international tutor and BEd student, I have worked with learners from different backgrounds and learning styles, which has taught me how to adapt my lessons to suit each student's individual needs.
For younger learners (Grades 1–3), I focus on building strong foundations in reading, writing, spelling, comprehension, and confidence through engaging, age-appropriate activities. ️ Learning should feel exciting, and I love helping little learners develop a genuine love for education.
For older learners, my lessons focus on understanding concepts rather than memorizing them. We break down difficult topics into manageable pieces, work through examples together, improve study techniques, and build the confidence needed to excel in tests and exams.
You can expect lessons that are interactive, encouraging, and tailored specifically to you. No copy-and-paste teaching here! Every learner is different, so every lesson is designed around your goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.
