About Carlos

Hi, I'm Carlos.

I've spent years performing and teaching the violin, and the one thing I kept noticing was how many students were putting in the time but barely moving forward. Wrong habits, unclear direction, no real system. That frustrated me — so I built one.

My entire approach is designed around one question: what does this student need to reach the next level, and how do we get there without wasting time?

I work with all kinds of players — children just picking up the instrument for the first time, adults who always wanted to learn but never had the right opportunity, and experienced players who feel stuck and need a fresh push. Every single one of them deserves a lesson built around their reality, not a generic plan copied from a textbook.

Music has been the most meaningful part of my life. Teaching it is how I give that back.

About the lesson

From the very first session, we get to work.
I start by understanding exactly where you are and where you want to go. From there, I build a clear, structured path — no guesswork, no filler, no spinning wheels. Every lesson has a purpose, and you'll feel that.

Progress here is visible and measurable. Students don't just feel like they're improving — they hear it, and so does everyone around them.

Here's what we focus on:

Solid technique from the ground up — whether you're a complete beginner or someone who picked up bad habits along the way, we correct and build properly.

Consistent momentum — each session connects to the last, so nothing gets forgotten and everything keeps moving forward.

Music you actually care about — because motivation matters, and learning a piece you love makes every practice session worth it.

I hold my students to a high standard — not to pressure them, but because I believe in what they're capable of. If you're ready to stop plateauing and start truly progressing, I'd love to work with you.
