Our violin and viola lessons are designed to cater to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced performers. With over 7 years of experience, I offer a comprehensive approach that covers both classical and modern music. Each lesson is tailored to address the unique needs and goals of the student, ensuring a personalized and effective learning experience.
For beginners, we start with the fundamentals, including proper posture, bowing techniques, and basic music theory. These foundational skills are essential for developing good playing habits and building confidence. As students progress, we delve into more complex techniques and repertoire, gradually introducing them to a variety of styles and genres. For those preparing for conservatory exams, we provide focused training to meet the specific requirements and standards.
I emphasize a flexible and engaging teaching methodology, adapting lessons to each student’s learning style and interests. Whether students are aiming to master classical pieces, explore contemporary works, or prepare for auditions, the curriculum is designed to be both challenging and enjoyable. Interactive exercises, performance opportunities, and creative practice strategies are incorporated to keep students motivated and invested in their musical journey.
My teaching philosophy revolves around creating a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel inspired to reach their full potential. By blending technical instruction with artistic exploration, I aim to foster a love for music while helping students achieve their personal and academic goals. Each lesson is crafted to be informative and enjoyable, ensuring that students develop both their technical skills and their passion for the violin and viola.
