About Tshedza Emmanuel Oritonda

My name is Zwivhuya Matshepe and I was fortunate enough to do my degree in Public Administration which I finished in 2021 January due to covid-19. From there I got a job as a teachers assistant, it was a contract job for 10 months which I throughly enjoyed as I got to teach grade 9 students English, I enjoyed myself and my students always enjoyed themselves, anyway I like most of my students to call me goodness this is to establisha good relationshipbetween me and my students to ensure that they are free with me and are able to ask any question without any fear. Growing up my goal and dream have always been about helping others and I struggled a lot to find a way to help people until I started teaching my little sisters English then I realized the gap within my community as many kids could not read and write as well as pronounce basic English words and that's how I started and from then I have been teaching anyone interested in English how to read, write and pronounce English words.

About the lesson

Teaching English requires the teacher to be patient with their student as many student struggle to learn it and I am particularly patient, if one is patient with their students any challenge can be overcomed. One needs to understand that every student I very unique and you need to test different methods on your student and to ask them and understand where exactly they are struggling and find a teaching method that is suitable for them, that is how I have always approached my way of teaching English.
