About Ariel
I’m an incoming Management Engineering student at the University of Waterloo with experience working extensively with students through educational workshops.
I’ve taught over 300 elementary and middle-school students, which has taught me how to explain new concepts clearly, adapt to different learning styles, and create an engaging learning environment.
I’m patient, approachable, and genuinely enjoy helping students build their skills and confidence. I’m excited to bring that experience to tutoring in arithmetic, algebra, and English.

I keep my lessons simple, practical, and focused on what the student needs. I start by identifying areas they find difficult, explain the concept clearly, and then work through examples and practice questions together.
Lessons usually include a quick review, explanation, guided practice, and time for the student to work independently.
I mainly teach arithmetic, algebra, and English to elementary and high-school students. I adapt each lesson to the student’s level, whether they need to strengthen their foundations, improve their grades, or prepare for a test.
