We weren’t sure a virtual first dance lesson would even be possible—but Sofia made it happen, and then some! From the start, she was incredibly patient, creative, and encouraging. She helped us choose and choreograph our first dance song, guiding us step by step - even through my initial awkwardness. What truly blew us away was her dedication: while we were on vacation in Mexico (and she happened to be there too!), she went out of her way to meet us in person for a session. That extra effort meant the world to us. In the end, our first dance turned out beautifully, and we felt confident and connected the whole time. Finally decided to become fluent in Spanish. Looking through all the instructors here and decided upon Sofía. So happy with this decision. Sofía makes lesson time conversational, relevant and fun! Love my homework assignment of listening to a Spanish podcast and discussing it during our lesson time.

Wow…. If you are looking for a choreographer that can turn around a routine for you in a short amount of time …. Sophia is your girl!
She needed very little lead time to choreograph the dance routine and begin zoom instruction. She was patient and encouraging along the way and was flexible to make changes in things that we weren’t totally comfortable with. She always had a plan B ready - just encase we wanted a change , so there was never any lost time. Iam not a dancer and yet this routine made me so excited to dance at my sons wedding , thank you Sophia

I was looking for someone to help teach me how to properly roller skate and I'm so glad I chose Sophy. She is so kind and sweet and teaches very well. She is very encouraging and in the few lessons I had with her I learned so much and became much more confident on my skates. I high recommend her as a roller skating instructor. I’ve been taking bootcamp classes with Sophie. I think she’s a fantastic teacher. Every session she comes up with new exercises and ideas and I can see that she puts a lot of thought into it. Based on her rich training in roller skating, dance, fitness and Zumba, she has an in depth knowledge of the body, muscle groups and how to integrate different exercises into a full body workout. Sophie is pleasant, easy going and supportive. She’s also very patient. I highly recommend her as a teacher!
