I am passionate about pregnancy, birth and labour. I am a mum to a 4-year-old daughter. I love sharing my knowledge and information based on up-to-date scientific knowledge. I want to help all expecting parents to feel confident starting their parenting journey. LGBTQI+ She/her pronouns.

I teach a 6-week lesson block online or face-to-face, each week has a 2-hour class. From pregnancy through to birth and labour and, of course, the first weeks with baby and how to sleep, settle and feed baby. I have a degree in Transition to Parenting Education and facilitating. All lessons are based on the New Zealand Ministry of Health Guidelines.
