About Joshua
I took my PT level 2 and level 3 course at David Lloyd’s gym in Manchester, UK. Upon completion of my course I began my career with the gym group and have moved to PureGym where I have a strong client base who enjoy our time together working on their goals.
Wether you are online or in person you will get the same dedication from myself and with weekly conversations we can discuss how you are feeling with the workout and make any adjustments as needed.

My style of training is based around building a strong foundation which will help build confidence and lead to getting the results you want.
Being a qualified PT, I have gained up to date knowledge and will use this to make your goals achievable by utilising realistic and effective methods during our personal training sessions.
Before we get started I will have a one to one consultation with you to learn about you and your lifestyle, to create realistic achievable goals. I will design a fitness programme tailored specifically to you and provide nutritional guidance and advice to help you throughout your journey.
I aim to achieve not only physical results for yourself but also a lifestyle change which allows you to enjoy all aspects of life in moderation.
