About Noor
Hi! I’m a friendly and passionate tutor who recently completed my A-levels in Biology, Chemistry and Psychology. Having personally gone from a U grade at the beginning of Year 13 to an A, I understand how overwhelming science can feel when you’re putting in lots of effort but not seeing the results you want.
I want to teach because I know that sometimes the issue isn’t a lack of ability, but simply not being taught how to revise effectively for exams. I discovered strategies that completely transformed my grades, and I would love to help other students gain confidence and achieve the results they’re capable of. My goal is to make lessons supportive, engaging and tailored to each student’s individual needs.

I achieved an 8 in Chemistry after starting Year 11 with a 4. I completely transformed my revision approach by moving away from simply memorising content and instead focusing on active recall, exam technique, past-paper practice and learning the specific mark scheme wording examiners look for.
