About Holly

My name is Holly, and I am a yoga teacher based in West Sussex. I hold space for your exploration of practice, guiding you to expand your awareness and move through life with greater presence and connection.

My yoga journey began over eleven years ago, and it has become a cornerstone in how I navigate everyday life - helping me find pockets of stillness, reconnect, and replenish my energy.

My offering is an invitation for you to discover the beauty of yoga for yourself. Within each asana (pose), mantra, sequence, mudra, and teaching, there is a gentle unfolding. In the practice of letting go, the heart softens, the mind clears, and a deeper sense of peace can emerge.

As we learn to tune into moments of stillness, we begin to cultivate tools to regulate the nervous system and restore balance.

From this place of inner awareness and guidance, life can feel more manageable, more aligned, and more deeply felt.

You’re warmly invited to reach out and book 1:1s and private groups with me.

About the lesson

Why have private sessions with me?

I believe 1:1s are a beautiful way for you to get to know your body in your own time. Sometimes group sessions can be overwhelming and 1:1 allows further enquiry with less thought-noise of comparison.

1:1s are also a good way if you are recovering from an injury, operation or have a long term medical condition (M.E etc) and the comfort of your own home takes away the pressures of having to get somewhere.
